Early electro from 4th & Broadway Records US in 1986, this song is as New York underground as you could get. Some considered it freestyle, def breakbeat-ish. The record has grown on me over the years...it's fun. Pop yet so NOT pop. A classic. Love the Wizard of Oz samples. And same for the Addams Family samples.. Great October tune..
