Urbanized - Helpless (1992)

Long before Justin Timberlake and Ne-Yo and all the other huge pop RnB singers Maxi Records New York put out a male vocal RnB single called ' Helpless', which was a straight up vocal track on top of a Masters At Work style instrumentsl. The track was huge in and around New York, and it was picked up internationally by FFRR records , whereit was an international underground smash. Never crossed over to pop, way ahead of its time apparently.
