"Let the Beat Hit 'Em" is the title of a number-one R&B single by Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam from their 1991 album Straight Outta Hell's Kitchen. The song spent one week at number-one on the US R&B chart (September 14, 1991), reaching #37 on the Billboard Hot 100. One year later, New york duo (Clivilles & Cole) produced a 3:40 long remix. .
The song was sampled on the track "Too Much of a Good Thing" from Kylie Minogue's 1991 album Let's Get To It. The track also features the line "I hope you enjoy this as much as I do" from Janet Jackson's 1986 song "Control".
