Call Me Mr. Telephone byAnswering Service is a 1985 italian single, imported into New York City nightclubs thru DJ's that bought imports at record stores like Vinyl Mania, Decadance, Dowwntown and Downstairs records. In the US, it was known as a single by teenage singer, Cheyne. The single did not crossover to the Hot 100 but Cheyne sole hit record peaked at number sixty-two,on the soul chart and was a number one dance hit for one week.
