iio (pronounced "eye-oh") is a New York City based house music act composed solely of producer and songwriter Markus Moser. Former member, co-producer, vocalist and songwriter Nadia Ali left the group in 2005. The group is best known for their 2001 single "Rapture ", which reached number 2 on the UK singles chart and # 1US Hot Dance Club Play charts. The release featured remixes by Johnny Vicious, Scumfrog, Saeed & Palash, Michael Woods and Frank Bailey. The song also peaked at # 20 on the UK singles chart.
